Highland Lodge
Our Highland Lodge is situated in the Stormberg Mountains, sitting at just over 6000ft above sea level.
Here our shoots focus on the iconic Greywing Partridge. Shot over top class pointing dogs, these birds prove to be some of the most challenging of all game birds to shoot in South Africa, some would argue in the world.
With strong winds and steep terrain, the birds make for truly breathtaking shooting over beautiful backdrops and clear mountain air; a highlight for any true sportsman.
Highland Lodge also offers both driven and walked up guinea fowl that habit the fields and lightly wooded areas of the valley floors.
These fertile valleys and their large lakes also provide perfect habitat for wild waterfowl with numerous species of both duck and geese on offer.
